Synopsis- Didi (played by Osas Ighodaro) moved into a new apartment (apartment 6) and realized that a “Yoruba Demon” used to live there. Strange women would just randomly knock on her door looking for him. Some days later, Didi meets her friend’s boss – Femi Gomez (played by Ozzy Agu) falls in love with him but later finds out he is the “Yoruba Demon” who used to live in her apartment.

I was intrigued by the title of the movie, I liked the storyline, I liked the whole concept to be honest.

Casting was really good. Let me dwell on casting for a while. My favorite character was Temi (played by Inegbenebor Osareme), I saw her for the first time in this movie and I absolutely loved her. Same for the lead actor Femi. I felt like punching Kunle so many times (played by Seun Ajayi) because he was that annoying friend and of course, Osas and Abimbola Craig delivered.

Truthfully I saw some of those tiny mistakes. For example, Osas went to bed and woke up with her makeup on (this is a common occurrence with Nollywood movies). The scene where Femi was breaking up with his many women, he was in the process of wearing a shirt, we saw about 4 women leave his house heartbroken but all through, he was still buttoning the same shirt. Even if they wanted us to believe he broke up with all of them on the same day, it should have been at different points during the day as such,we should have seen him in different positions for each of the ladies

Also, since Femi moved to another apartment, the lady in the box had no business going to his old apartment because it seemed like she was from an agency that arranges girls for male clients. He did not request for her service and even if he did, he would have given her the correct address.

In real life, Didi only had to speak with the Landlord or the Agent who helped her with the apartment in order to lodge a complaint and even get the identity of the person who used to live there. So I am not sure the mystery around Femi’s identity really worked.

However, did I enjoy the movie? YES!

I liked the movie because they made it work regardless and I was excited by what I could see. I saw POTENTIAL. For a video posted on YouTube, it had more depth and it was more entertaining than most cinema or Netflix movies that I had to endure in 2021

Do you know what l loved the most about this movie? The romance. I wont call myself a romantic, I don’t even like cheesy stuff but I really liked how they depicted Didi and Femi’s relationship. It was cute, it progressed naturally and it was genuine. There was one scene where Didi and Femi had sex, I could feel the”……………”

you gerrit? If you don’t gerrit then forget abourrit!

I liked the friendship between the ladies and I laughed too (some scenes were very funny)

This movie was directed by Bunmi Ajakaiye, I think she is definitely one director to look out for this year.

Overall, it was a nice one and if you are looking for something to watch, you should definitely check it out on YouTube.
